Ordered four of these units. 3 of them came damaged and one came without the rubber mat that sits on top. Of the damaged ones, 2 were cosmetic in nature, and since they were going into a shop environment, I just used them. The other was so badly banged up it had to be returned. This doesn't appear to be a shipping issue, as the box it came in was pristine.The nuts and screws they give you to connect the top shelf to the lower cabinet have very small phillips slots, and very thick nylock. This means the screw immediately strips when you get it close to tight. The legs are bent slightly outward, so when you get all 4 bolts in, the shelf stays put but you will never be able to get it apart to readjust the height, and the screws are never really fully tight. They nylock should do a good job of keeping it from falling apart.The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is that once it is assembled, the carts do seem fairly sturdy and roll rather nicely. The finished unit does work rather well despite all the flaws and physical defects.
