I bought this set of stickers for my US Macbook Pro to convert the English keyboard to a German. Overall it's a neat thing and works fine, and changing the keyboard settings in Mac OS from QWERTY to QWERTZ is very easy.However, the product itself has a few shortcomings. The edges of the stickers are very rough and sharp, so the feel while writing isn't as smooth as with the original rounded edge keys of the mac. Some stickers are slightly larger than the keys, so while writing you definitely feel the edges of the stickers. Also, the sticker material is quite thick. I have the late 2013 (even thinner) Macbook Pro version, so the edges of the stickers leave slight marks on the glass screen. A display cover could help protect the screen from permanent marks, but it would add even another layer in the gap between keyboard and screen.On the "smaller than" / "larger than" key (the key with "<" and ">" on the top left of the German keyboard) the signs are printed on the wrong way round which is very confusing.Surprisingly, the backlit keyboard still sort of works. The letters, numbers etc. on the keys themselves don't light up as much of course, but the outline of the keys is still clearly visible, which still helps a good deal in the dark.Overall, this is generally a good product idea, but it needs some improvements to increase the writing comfort and feel.
