The design is simple and installation is easy to customize. My “desk” is actually a table that has a storage area underneath, so I couldn’t just screw into the particle board and trust that. So I bought some bolts and wing nuts, drilled through the bottom of the table and added some wide washers for extra stability. The wing nuts will allow me to remove the tray easily if I ever need to use this as a table again. The brackets also needed to be reversed to fit the width of my table and it worked just fine. I’ve bought other trays before that were a pain to put together but this was really easy. It took about 30 minutes to install.I like that the tray doesn’t slide in and out too freely, so it doesn’t try to slide back in as I’m typing. It’s wide enough for a full keyboard and mouse. It comes with a wrist rest and some foam I assume is for a mousepad, but I just use my own mousepad. I would buy this again if I ever need a second one.
