The refurbished computer was delivered in three days from Amazon. I connected it immediately, unfortunately it would not boot up. I contacted SJ Computers LLC, they sent some suggestions to try to get it to boot. That failed so I was instructed to return the computer back to them. I was able to do so within the same day. Three days later I received a replacement computed from SJ Computers and all is well! There were no hassles or issues from SJ Computers about returning the defective computer. I worked for a manufacturing company and understand that all products are not 100% when received by the customer. The most important thing is that a company stands behind their product/service. So far, I'm very pleased with everything!
